Here at the VNA Health System we recognize the importance to stay safe and healthy during this time of a global pandemic. We also recognize the importance of remembering our loved ones that we have lost.

November is National Hospice Month. Every November all six offices of the VNA Health System hold an annual Memorial Service where we gather and honor the hospice patients that have passed over the last year.

Again this year, in an effort to decrease the risk of spreading infection, all six offices of the VNA Health System will be joining together to host a virutal Memorial Service.

You and your family are cordially invited to virtually attend the 

VNA Health System Crossings Hospice Memorial Service

on November 30th, 2025

beginning at 2:00 PM.

Dr. Michael Goodling, Senior Pastor and Crossings Hospice staff will be officiating. 

Candles will be lit in rememberance for all families that participate in this event.
